We're searching for a Sales & Administration Coordinator.
Full-time, hands-on role for a calm, capable and detail-oriented person to join our agribusiness team. You'll support day-to-day sales and stock administration, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and keep internal systems running smoothly. This role is based in Caroona NSW and works closely with other admin staff, with the potential to lead the admin function for the right person.
Responsibilities and desired characteristics include:

Friendly, clear and consistent communication with customers, suppliers and logistics staff

Accurate and timely invoicing, receipting, and purchase order generation

Coordination of inventory, accounts receivable, and stock movement documentation

Operation of Sage accounting and stock control software (or similar)

Strong computer skills across spreadsheets, word processing and business systems

Assist with stocktakes and reconciliation activities

Reporting of consignment and agency stock through external systems
-
A calm, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to manage competing tasks and timeframes

High attention to detail and strong documentation habits

Comfortable contributing to system and process improvements
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in business administration, sales support or stock control roles preferred

Familiarity with Sage or similar systems is highly regarded

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
