Are you our next Marketing & Communications Manager?

AMPS is an independent agribusiness supporting producers across North West New South Wales. With more than 50 employees working across Armatree, Caroona, Gunnedah, Moree, Tamworth and Walgett, we are proud to be a business built by regional people, for regional communities.

What makes AMPS different is our commitment to giving back to the industry. Through AMPS Research, a portion of our commercial success is reinvested into independent agricultural research that delivers practical outcomes for growers and producers.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the AMPS brand.

About this role

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing and communications across the AMPS business.

Working across both our commercial and research divisions, you'll ensure the AMPS brand remains visible, consistent and relevant while partnering closely with branch teams to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, support commercial outcomes and showcase the value of our research.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and variety. You'll work across digital marketing, content creation, events, branch marketing, sponsorships, internal communications and brand management, becoming the central point of coordination for marketing activity across the organisation.

As AMPS continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, influence how the business communicates with its customers and communities, and help build one of regional Australia's leading independent agribusiness brands.
